Hot food fights germs, as everyone knows. However, we are talking not only about harmful bacteria, but also beneficial ones that help the body develop fully. Moreover, taking into account the fact that many tissues of the human body are quite delicate, hot food can affect them not for the better. This is especially not in favor of the thyroid gland. This can cause bad breath. After all, are you aware that even at 43 degrees of the body a person does not survive? The maximum temperature of a food or drink should not be higher than 45 degrees Celsius.
No 3 Sunbathing - no more than half an hour a day
Why sunbathe more? So that the skin ached then a day or two? I do not recommend it. And by the way, before going to sunbathing, I recommend taking vitamin E, because the skin under the influence of ultraviolet light ages much faster than without it. Pay more attention to the skin behind the ears: there it looks 10-15 years younger, because the sun comes out very rarely there.
No 4 Cutting your hair short is also not a good thing
Any hairline is protection, especially on the head. Otherwise, why did nature give us hair? So we cut them every time? The hair on the head protects in the summer from sunstroke, and in winter from the cold. And from other problems including. And by the way, I have a separate article on this subject .
No 5 Do not boil water more than once
Boiling water loses its properties, and the more it boils, the more it harms the body when used. Ideally, do not boil water at all, but use water filters of the highest degree of purification. By the way, I also don’t recommend drinking water from wells: recently, arsenic has been found there, and this is poison to our body.
It should also be noted that for full assimilation of the body, you should drink at least 2 liters of water per day. But no more! Otherwise, it will begin to wash off not only harmful substances from your body, but also useful ones. And more precisely, you should drink 30 ml per kilogram of weight. For example, if you weigh 70 kg, drink 2 liters of water, and at 80 kg drink 2.5 liters.
No 6 Do not boil yourself. Anger and sadness - somewhere far away
A bad mood weakens the immune system, because of which the body becomes more vulnerable to various kinds of diseases, and anger causes serious stress in the body, and this harms the cardiovascular system and respiratory system. Live positively. You should not create problems for yourself or for others. And if it is still created, it should be decided. And the sooner the better. Also keep in mind that anger accelerates the aging of the body. Evil people do not live long.
No 7 Eat nuts - they prolong life
It is advisable every day. They contain vitamin E, as mentioned above: they slow down the aging process. The most healthy nuts are walnuts. But no more than 100 grams per day, otherwise you will get harm, not benefit. :-) You can get by with sunflower seeds, but do not overdo them: they harm your teeth. Ideally, brush them with your fingers.
No 8  Do not use gas stoves
If you have a gas stove at home, replace it with an electric one. Keep in mind that gas does not completely disappear during combustion: it begins to settle, soot forms. The same not so pleasant mass gets into the lungs. And the gas stove is fraught with an explosion, however, as everyone knows.
No 9 Bathing every day is also not good.
Especially with soap. Thus, we wash off the protective fat layer that protects the body from infections and premature aging. Wash yourself with a soap 1-2 times a week, no more, and on other days you can just rinse. Better yet, do not use soap, but shower gel.
No 10 A surge of adrenaline will give you a sunny mood
You should not live gray everyday life, especially if you live by the principle of "home-work-home." Thus, you will lose interest in life, because you will miss the positive emotions. We all need a thrill, at least sometimes: relaxation, distraction from problems at work and other things. For example, go to the rides and ride, if possible, but do not overdo it. You can try to jump with a parachute or fly on a flyboard, only it will be much more expensive. Riding, you will feel how your mood will noticeably improve and you will sparkle with positive!
