Heat the oil in the pan. Put the fish fillets and leave on each side for 3-4 minutes. Take them out on a paper towel. They can also be prepared in the oven, which is preheated to 200 ° C.  The fish fillets passed through flour, egg and breadcrumbs are placed on baking paper in a pan and baked for 10-12 minutes.

Method of preparation

Put the meatballs in the tomato sauce and simmer until ready, about 10 minutes.
